Absolutely saved my dog
This app with the halo collar 5 absolutely SAVED my dog. She had to always stay in her kennel when I wasn’t there and my dad wouldn’t let her inside. It is WAY too hot to leave her in the garage like he expects me to do, so I bought her this collar and it’s the happiest she’s EVER Been. I ONE hundred percent recommend❤️

We love Halo
These collars have been a lifesaver for our sweet dogs! They allow them to run around freely around our property and give me peace of mind! When we have had any issues, the Halo team is so very helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly! Highly recommended!

I have been with Halo for 3 years and even though we have had issues with our collars, Halo came through and made this customer very satisfied.
To many issues
We have three collars for our dogs and at first the collars seemed to be great. But issue after issue now. Collars don’t charge, halo keeps giving us messages saying collars are defective and can’t be used till replacement is sent. Wish we had tried one before we got all three. I guess if they work they are good but ours so far have been not working. Called tech support and was told we needed to wait for a email… still waiting.

Halo allows freedom!
We love our Halo collar. Our Goldendoodle is an explorer, and we live on 12 acres of forest land. With her Halo collar on, I can be sitting at my desk working or even talking with a patient, and I only have to look down at my phone (with Halo app up) and know exactly where she is at, at all times. She comes right back to the house if we only use the whistle. The Halo collar gives her the freedom to do what she loves, and keeps our minds at ease. It was easy to train her, with rewards for coming home, to the whistle. We only put up the “fence” if we are traveling and in an unknown area.

I like it, but can trust it
When I first got it, I loved it. My golden learned quickly how to use it, the app was easy to build fences and program. But there will be times I look at the app and it shows my dog on one side of my property whenever she is on the other. Or it will just go offline. I have very few trees and large open fields, so I know that’s not the problem, and I always put in on as per the instructions to ensure the antenna is in the right position

Don’t recommend
Halo has been very inconsistent. My poor dog can’t figure out where the boundaries are because apparently halo can’t either. Some days he get corrected laying next to the house and other days he runs out of the boundary with no correction at all it’s pretty much complete crapshoot. At this point the only purpose of this is so I know where my dog is and I can say he has an invisible fence

Peace of Mind in a Collar
We have two Halo collars for our dogs that now can roam free on about 5 acres. They respect the boundaries and it works perfectly!
Faulty GPS
The GPS says my dog is near a boundary and will go off when she’s just laying down on the couch. She will be nowhere near a boundary, inside of a building, and it still goes off. It’s done it a few times now.
More freedom
My new puppy loves his new found freedom, was easy for him to understand the limits and call backs!

Game changer
This collar has made a huge difference in our lives. We don’t have a fenced back yard, so monitoring necessary and dependent on our available time. Now we just let out our dog and she can hang out as much as she wants! Everyone feels more secure!

Vacation collar
Bought the collar for our camp in Maine. Never had to worry about our dog wandering outside of the virtual fence. It was a much more relaxing vacation not having to wonder where the dog was or having to chase him down.

Ehh it’s ok
You can’t rely on this collar. Goes in and out of range/wifi all day everyday. Shocks your dog when they’re well within limits. It’s not worth the $500+ I paid for it.
