Not 100% on it, but too late now
Super annoyed that you have to pay for a 1yr subscription upfront (instead of monthly with a 1yr commitment). When my dog is at home, the history is showing her as having run around the neighbourhood as far as 200’ away, so not exactly accurate… The thing that kills me though is how quiet the volume is on the collar. Followed someone else’s advice to train my dog to come to me when SHE hears the collar (cause I’ll never hear it) and it’s been working. But it takes so long to get into the app and go into radar mode and turn on the sound. I would love if they would make it so I could make an iOS shortcut that triggers the sound on the collar for 3 seconds (and then automatically shuts back off again).

App lots of glitz but not well designed and wifi useless
App is not particularly intuitive. Often found myself wondering ok where from here
The ability to add wifi is broken. I don’t know what algorithm it uses to present the wifi names but it isn’t strongest since mine , the router 7 feet away never shows up. And the list isn’t no where near complete as I know at least 20 in my range here. Seems pretty broken. 1 star for now for such a critical feature for battery life not working

This product has exceeded all of my expectations. I have purchased one for each of my dogs. I camp in some remote forested areas. The gps has always been accurate. The battery life is great. The product is very durable. My dogs swim with it on. Highly recommend
Needs Global Noise Support
My pet often hangs around my Wi-Fi range, but I use the tracker’s “beep” function to signal him to come home. When it goes in “Power Saving Mode”, the beep function becomes unavailable along with the typical Live feed, etc. Please make the beep function accessible no matter the mode. Or add overrides for power saving mode functions! Overall, great app and service

Peace of mind is worth the price
I am an avid subscription hater. But I will never stop paying for this one. Worth every cent adding into my budget. Being able to know where my cat is and get real time alerts when he’s outside.
