Cost a fortune with the tracker and subscription and rarely works. Kept saying the cat was inside when I could see her outside. When I want the gps to see where she is it won’t connect to gps as she ‘may be under a bush’ utterly useless
FIX IT!!!
Ever since you updated it my app won’t even open it just crashes!!!
Another option
I would recommend a different option than Tractive. They have good things about them for sure but my app regularly will grey out my radar and live tracking options so that I can’t find my cat if I really need to. I’ve tried all the solutions (which they provided using AI [ewww]) and the only available solution was to buy a base accessory that bypasses the home Bluetooth & WiFi. You can’t use it the way the advertise it with the way it comes. I spent over $200+ on Tractive and honestly should have home with a different provider.
