Can’t tilt, can’t adjust the signature box size, can hardly type or erase texts. Viewing is easy but requires a computer to actual work on preparing the document.
No signing program is perfect. This one is ok, definitely seems like it could be better… Zillow owned. But all are owned by a big company of some sort…
There seems to be a lingering issue when multiple signers are engaged for signature - it either doesn't arrive or is unable to be signed
No better app out there to help me with my business whether in the office or on the go!
I wish I could describe how much I hate Dotloop.
This app is unusable on my iPad Pro. Checkboxes and text fields do not select when tapped by finger or clicked via magic keyboard touchpad. Using the website was the only way to accurately submit several forms this morning.
Better than Elvis
Dotloop makes my life easier as i can take care of clients even when travelling
Very mediocre compared with competitors. I need to save the document every couple seconds otherwise I keep starting over and over
Great features, friendly, integrated with several of my other platforms and services, and the customer service is top tier!!
Easy to use and client friendly
Very nice program !
I am a daily user of the app. As in, I use the app all day, everyday. And the new Hold to confirm you’re a human and not a bot requirement makes me want to throw my phone against the wall. Was this tested by an actual human before launching it? Sometimes the humanity bar loads quickly, other times it takes 7-10 seconds to load. By the time it’s done I can’t remember what loop I was accessing. Then I get to start all over again if I need to switch to a different app. And heaven forbid I lift my finger too early, the bar gets reset and we start again. Do better Dotloop/Zillow! Your users don’t deserve this.

Stop asking me if I'm human and taking 60 seconds to confirm every time I use the app
Hold my finger to ensure I’m not a robot every time I sign in is annoying.
There is a lot to love and appreciate about DotLoop as a whole. Being a frequent phone user, having to hold a button to verify that I’m not a bot nearly every time I open the app makes me want to delete it. Add an option for facial recognition…
After having another bad experience where it’s very difficult to use some of the features having to go back between the app and the browser and spending so much time to get one contract filled out scription. I clicked to cancel subscription back in February. I went into my account I clicked manage account. I clicked to cancel the subscription. It gave me an option to get a discounted subscription for 1999 a month for three months and in small tiny letters on the left it says cancel my subscription and I clicked on that. It did not go through. I noticed today after three months that I’m still getting billed I tried it again. It doesn’t work. I called customer support and the lady Kristal told me I should’ve known. I had a premium account because on the top left in blue on the very corner it does read premium. I did notice that now but I should not have had to look for that I should not have had to deal with this. I should not have had to call them. I recall this is something that happened a couple years ago when I was going out of town for the summer. I can’t believe after being a loyal customer for over a decade. I’m told that they’re not going to do anything for me. This service sucks. They don’t update the software. It’s terrible that you have to go back back-and-forth from the Web browser to the app to get things done. I am going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card company now and spend all this time after spending 30 minutes on the phone with Support. This is an honest review from a loyal customer for a long time explore other options if you don’t want to get frustrated, mistreated, and taking advantage of. My name is Lance Winters. I am a broker on Miami Beach. This is my review.

Whatever you did in recent changes is really bad.
Great app
Mobile app is awkward to work with. Does not render to screen size properly on my iPad, and editing is VERY cumbersome and difficult.
