Dotloop
There are a lot of things that could be done better. One thing that stands out is one email address per couple. I live in an area where we have a lot of retirees moved move here and lots of times they only have one email address.
Dotloop is not the most user-friendly application. I was a former Docusign and while there are things I truly love about Dotloop. Docusign has got it together better. I always say that if you would combine Dotloop and Docusign you’d have one good application.

Horrible app on billing it will nt let you purchase
I’ve spent an hour trying to login and pay and then realize de customer service !
Terrible
If I had the choice I would never use Dotloop again. Glitchy and awful user experience in every aspect. I need certainty and speed in my business and Dotloop as a whole actively works against both of those everyday.
Please try to make our experience better
I’ve been using Dotloop for years, my first started out with it. I believe in 2015, so, that would make me an 11 year user of this program. I pay for it on my own. My broker does not pay for it. Over the past few years, especially since becoming a part of Zillow, the experience has gone downhill. It is frequently glitchy, difficult to log into from a cell phone, and Not as user-friendly as what it could be. You guys merged with Zillow so if you could do that “improvement” then you should be able to improve the operating system for the realtors… One can only hope. Options to fill out not available
As I try to fill out blanks and contracts, there’s many times when you can assign the blank, but then you can’t fill it out. That’s time-consuming to have to go into the website to do it off of a computer versus my cell.

Love working with that loop. It makes me feel very organized and so easy to work with both of my desktop as well as on the go on my phone.

Its so confusing and buggy just trying to do a symple transaction and its wasting all ny time with technical confusion.

Saves me time and energy. Worth every penny.
Not too useful
Can’t tilt, can’t adjust the signature box size, can hardly type or erase texts. Viewing is easy but requires a computer to actual work on preparing the document.
None are seemless
No signing program is perfect. This one is ok, definitely seems like it could be better… Zillow owned. But all are owned by a big company of some sort…
Bugs with Multiple Signers
There seems to be a lingering issue when multiple signers are engaged for signature - it either doesn't arrive or is unable to be signed

I wish I could describe how much I hate Dotloop.
Unusable for many forms on iPad
This app is unusable on my iPad Pro. Checkboxes and text fields do not select when tapped by finger or clicked via magic keyboard touchpad. Using the website was the only way to accurately submit several forms this morning.
