Dotbook
The dotbook I ordered and payed for was not able to ship to me. I am outrageously frustrated because it gave no warning that it would not be able ship to the U.S . I am now stuck with a useless dotbook. BECAUSE IM NOT EVEN ABLE TO HAVE IT SHIPPED TO ME. The major inconvenience this is to me many may not understand but I payed full price for everything including a 300 page DOTBOOK. WHICH I WONT EVEN END UP GETTING. HORRIBLE APP, very inconvenient, inconsiderate, as well as the app is beyond inconsistent with updates and notifications.

Poor performance
UPDATE: customer service asked me to reach out to them regarding my issue so I did. They tested the link and it worked for them so they declined a partial refund for the lack of performance stating reasons that didn’t apply to me. I will not be using them for my upcoming events. I was originally between this app and another one- I recommend utilizing the other one. I removed my original 2 stars down to 1 simply for the lack of resolution.
Original Review: I purchased one of the 12-month premium packages where guests can upload pics and videos was about $40. My guests had difficulty uploading to the app. Most said it never loaded or their photos and videos took too long to upload that it timed out, even being on WiFi. Waste of my money and time honestly to create this.

Cuidado. Fraude!!!!
Quero cancelar e não consigo. O aplicativo te leva a um cadastro e pagamento. Mas o produto não é disponibilizado. Não existe possibilidade de acessar seu perfil para cancelar a compra ou conseguir suporte. Claramente uma fraude.

Album code changes
Paid for & created an album for my wedding and spent a lot of time uploading photos. Sent out wedding thank yous including a card with my album QR code and album code to my guests, only to find out afterwards that the album code had changed. Now nobody can access it unless I send them the updated code individually. There does not seem to be any way to contact support in the app. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t waste my money on this.

Forced me to pay
I changed my phone and tried to log in to my dots account. I chose the wrong account and can’t event long out without paying for that freaking book.
It’s Pretty Great!
This app is perfect for keeping in touch and taking more photos. I think it’s a really cute idea, and it doesn’t take up too much storage. The only problem is that if you loose your streak but you took a picture that day and just didn’t post it, it won’t let you go and post it in that date, which is a little frustrating. Other then that, it’s a good quality app and I use it all the time!

Not working
I paid for the version were you can allow 100 people to upload from the app.
When I down the QR code for the app, it takes you into the browser and makes you sign in with Google and then says there are no events to upload a photo to. It doesn’t say anywhere to download an app? Can you please help.
I have no issue with people needing to download an app, but the QR has to be clear enough to tell people to do it otherwise it’s not going to work. It’s for a wedding please help.

Waste of time
So i got this with my friend and it looked amazing! We opened it up and made an album together. It was soo hard to work it crashed so much and wasn’t what we wanted. I couldn’t see my friends pics only mine and occasionally when i could it would load 10 mins late. The only thing that worked was the chat which didn’t give notifications when someone sent a message.

Fiz o pagamento e no dia da festa simplesmente não funcionou!! Os convidados n conseguiram acessar a versão web, msm ela tendo sido paga! As fotos n carregavam. Até tentei fazer um novo pagamento e msm assim n funcionou. Um absurdo. Péssima experiência

Unable to download photos
SUPER FRUSTRATED. We used the app for our wedding and loved it but now no one can download the photos. When you click download it says “change download options in settings” but when you go to settings, there is no option to change the download options. So upset. Defeats the whole purpose of the app!!

Weird
The only thing is that when ever I open dots it takes me to settings and I have to hit the back arrow to get back into dots or I have to leave settings and go back to dots. It does this everytime. It wastes my time and I don’t like it one bit.
Event timings glitching
I have paid for premium features, unlimited photos but every time I open the app, the event timings keep changing randomly and my photos are getting mixed up. It would also be useful to change the date of several uploaded photos at once or select multiple to delete.
