I have been playing Double Da Vinci Diamonds and Shadow of the Panther for years. I have separate accounts on my phone and iPad. For the past several days, I cannot open either game!
I have the latest updates for iOS and the games, but continually get an error message saying “Oops, we hit a snag.”
When will these games be fixed?!?!

Terrible graphics
Downloaded this game as I used to play it some years ago. Very disappointed with the very slow graphics and jumpy screen. Am deleting it again,
Not working after update
Games deleted all history and will not let me log back in to my Facebook link to get my lost info back this is the third update that deleted everything. What is the point if you have to start over again and again

I was really enjoying this game for about 15 minutes. I had several small wins, 1 large and then a LOT of losses! Took the whole amount of 20 minutes, I was busted. If you want someone to play your game, you give incentives to continue, but not this game. Deleted!

I have not won the bonus in months. It would be nice to win once in awhile🙁 It seems that when I first started plying this game I was able to play for quite awhile on the free points. Now the bonus win never comes up. Too bad, it use to be so fun to play.
