Games no longer working!

I have been playing Double Da Vinci Diamonds and Shadow of the Panther for years. I have separate accounts on my phone and iPad. For the past several days, I cannot open either game!
I have the latest updates for iOS and the games, but continually get an error message saying “Oops, we hit a snag.”
When will these games be fixed?!?!

Not working after update

Games deleted all history and will not let me log back in to my Facebook link to get my lost info back this is the third update that deleted everything. What is the point if you have to start over again and again
