Verification issues
I just downloaded the App and started playing but when it was time to cash out it glitches and gives the choice of go back or start process again, ID, photo and proof of address was verified but asked and additional document proof. I had received emails from customer service and followed up to fix the issue, so far nothing happened.

Do you know how much money I spent with these crooks A lot and that’s y I think they kicked me out because I was cashing out to much for there liking!!!
