I’ve been using the app for months now and it’s amazing. An innovative way to connect PBall players and an outstanding tool for the Pball community.
Bad app
All they want is money from you to message anybody or see anything on the app. I would not pay for something when I can’t see it first.

Hitch provides 3 connections (Hitches), local tournaments and chat for free. Other features are offered for one of the lowest subscription rates in racket sports.
Helpful but could use more filters
This app made it so much easier to find other pickleball players in my area, especially those who are open to playing during off-hours. Would love to see more filtering options for player availability and experience levels.

Great for players in new cities
I just moved to a new city and didn’t know anyone. Hitch helped me find multiple players nearby and even joined a local ladder. Love how easy it is to find people at my skill level.
Built my pickleball crew
I started using Hitch and now have a regular crew of 6 players I met through the app. Group chat makes scheduling a breeze
Nothing works?
I downloaded the app and created a profile however I’m not able to connect with anyone nor am I able to view courts. Do you need to pay for a membership for these basic things? If so, the app is completely useless unless you opt for the paid membership.

I'm sorry that you are having issues. The court finder is available for free and you can connect with 3 players before the paid version kicks in. Make sure you have your location and notification turned on for this app to provide value.
Perfect for rec play
The mix of coaches, tournaments, and casual meetups is exactly what I needed.
Easy to use
As someone new to the sport, Hitch helped me discover beginner-friendly games and clinics in my area. Super intuitive interface and quick setup. Love that I don’t need to join a club to get started.
Seems to still be growing but love the simple interface
Sometimes people don’t respond quickly, but that’s on them—not the app. Still a must-have if you play regularly.
Be careful
The app does not allow you to delete you pics and delete your account. It is saying The user must re-authenticate before deleting the account but you never recieve any email.

Deleting photos will be in our next release and we are fixing the re-authentication bug but this comment is incorrect. You can delete your account and customer support helped this person delete their account.

I was skeptical when I heard about this app but I loved the idea of meeting people through a common interest so I downloaded it. I’ve been amazed by how easy it is to navigate and how quickly the app creator incorporates feedback. Thank you for creating this app and helping us stay healthy 💜
Fun and intuitive way to connect to players
The Hitch Player Finder app has been a pleasant surprise. It often times is hard to find people to play tennis with in my local area and this app has given me the tools to make the connections which has been really great!

Love this idea and app! It completely solves the issue of finding people to play racket sports with. I particularly love that it can also show you nearby courts AND connect you with potential coaches to improve your game. The app is well-designed, clean and easy to use. It is brand-new and needs to build its community, but it should hopefully do that quickly; we will all benefit!
