You can’t log in, you can’t reset ya password this app is not good. Don’t bother with it.

Like others have mentioned, having trouble creating an account -telling me I already have an account. Use same email and reset password and keep getting error message
Poor execution on a app run company
So many errors with this app constantly failing and always having to reset when everything only runs through ur app you would think u would at least try to have it work for everyone

I had the same loop error with not being able to access my account, just emailed support and a “reset” fixed it
FREEZES WHEN SUBMITTING IDENTIFICATION
CANNOT LOG IN. App completely freezes every time I try to submit all my personal information. I can’t go any further then that.
NOT taking new subscribers
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They collect your data and scan your bank statements but do not tell you they are not taking new customers. Apple needs to remove due to misleading conduct and I have advised them of same today.

Was unable to withdraw funds. Poor Quality app with Poor Customer Service.
Was all gravy until I wanted to withdraw my money.
Persistent bugs in the app meant that I was unable to pull my money out. At best it’s a poorly built app at worst it’s been designed cleverly to hold onto your cash. What’s worse is that the support team are aware of the issue, had no workaround and were very unresponsive. Ended up getting resolved more than three weeks worth of my ongoing persistence and threatening to report the matter to the regulators.

Can’t get past the set-up
When I was first setting, I had to change my password (I’ve had an account before but was never able to get into it) and the same thing happened this time too, except my password was wrong…so I changed it…and it still said “oops something went wrong”.
I then created a whole new account with my second email and the same thing happened but except this time it said “oops something went wrong” when I was putting my birth date in the app.
For some reason it won’t let me past the sign up part where you out in your birth date, I’m 22 years old so there shouldn’t be any issues there at all.
I don’t understand why anytime I try to use Douugh, it seems to be near impossible to get past the first stage which is literally just signing up…

Terrible App
DOUUGH is always having technical issues with logging in and money disappearing from your Account, it takes Days even Weeks of communication via email only to try to resolve it. I would not recommend this App at all, go with someone else!!!

Read the reviews not only here but on trust pilot too, not a legit company, report it. They capture all your data and then ban access
Don’t use. Hard to get money out.
Clunky app with numerous processes that slow you down from pulling money from the app. Often takes 5 or more days. Don’t use it, plenty of other apps that Are much better!

I had sold some shares and had some money in my wallet. Now they have deactivated my wallet and all the money and remaining shares have disappeared.

Terrible Customer Service
Paid my Spot out early and due to an unknown ‘bug’ I have not been able to use this in nearly a month. All attempts to resolve the issue has resulted in either being ignored or told that they are working on it.
Disgraceful
I signed up, had issues from the get go so I requested my account be closed. It was and then 3 weeks later they have taken $51 from my bank and I don’t understand why
Great App
Douugh makes it so easy for me to setup a savings plan by investing in shares and smooth my cash flow with the Spot product. Love it!
