Not quite there yet
I really wanted to like this app, particularly since it seems to have been built from the ground up around AI as opposed to Spark Mail, which is integrating AI after the fact into an existing email foundation. Unfortunately syncing is not very well done with the app and the AI portion, while helpful, is also a bit fussy and inconsistent. I will check back in a year to see if they've improved things but if you're going to charge $20 a month for a subscription, your product had better be amazing.

Cmd-F: It’s $20/month
It doesn’t say that it’s a recurring subscription in the In-App purchase section and it doesn’t reveal the recurrence until you’ve set the application up and imported your accounts. $240/year for a new, untested email client from a company that only releases Todoist integration improvements as new features with every release of their other product seems to hit just a little too on the nose for me and I’m gonna pass on this one.

Powerful & Universal Connectivity
What solidified the choice to use Dove was the ability to connect regular IMAP email accounts. Unlike many competitors, Dove is not limited to Google/Outlook. This allows me to have one unified system to cover my personal Gmails and my work email only accessible via IMAP.
The support team via Slack is highly responsive. Give them a solid try. Even in their early releases the app has been highly stable and intuitive. Their more mature app with a slightly less AI-First design called Canary Mail is equally as powerful if you are looking for a more traditional email client.

First Useful AI Email Client
Lots of email clients have added AI features over the years but this is the first time they are truly useful.
