App needs some improvements for ipad
The app itself could use a few improvements for the iPad. It doesn’t not fully support Landscape view for iPad. Most people who are streaming on an ipad will probably have the ipad in a landscape mode case that props up the ipad for viewing (like almost every ipad case I see does this). The Dove app welcome screens only work in portrait mode. Even if you open the Dove app with the ipad in landscape mode, Dove will flip into portrait mode and make you accept cookies (every time!) and then you are stuck in portrait mode while you select your content. Once your content is selected you can go back to Landscape mode. Another annoyance is that the the iOs operating system icons at the top of the ipad screen will not disappear. The little bluetooth, wifi and battery status icons are always present. Its minor but it takes away from the full screen experience. I shouldn’t complain for a service that I am able to access for free via my Library card and Hoopla service. (I love the Dove Channel Binge Passes!). So perhaps these annoyances are not present for premium paid subscribers, in which case I am really not complaining too much. I’m glad to be able to watch some clean shows without paying premiums.

Adding and deleting devices
I think it’s stupid that I’m limited to how many devices I can delete. I somehow had 8 devices. I was trying to delete all of them and register my current devices. I didn’t realize I was still paying for this app. It makes no sense to limit me to only be able to delete three devices in a 90 day period. So now I can’t watch the content I’m paying for for 90 days.

Disappointing on IPad
This app works on my Android devices with SOUND.
But it is NOT working the SOUND on my Apple IPad.
PLUS, it charged me AGAIN for the SAME subscription. :-(

Disappointed
My husband and I were looking to watch some good wholesome shows. This app and the shows looked great. I subscribed for the monthly fee through the AppStore and the channel refused to recognize the subscription. It would not let us utilize the shows unless we continued to subscribe again. That’s says scam to me. Too bad. I thought the shows looked great! Fix your bugs!

App is not working on my tv.
I love this app and for some reason it is not working on my tv. I went to my mothers to see if it worked on hers but she is also having the same issue it will not open. Hope your team can fix this issue soon.

I can’t get it to work on any of my devices. And there is no way to cancel my subscription.
This app is beyond bad
The content itself, not bad. The app? Prepare for agony. There are no clear menus, no clear place to search, and no indication of how to do much of anything, assuming it even works. I want to patronize good businesses, but I’m prevented from doing that, because this app’s design is so bad.

Decent enough idea, but the app is lousy
I am mean from the movies and shows are pretty mixed, but at least they’ve tried to select better material (morally speaking), and give you information about each one. And of course they don’t have really bad (again, morally) shows like on the mainstream services.
but this app… Let me put it this way, I checked and I haven’t logged in for just over two years. I remember that this app was buggy and hard to use and that’s one of the biggest reasons I stopped using it or subscribing. And coming back now, it doesn’t seem to be any better. The interface is almost unusable. No landscape mode, it’s often not obvious where to tap or swipe to change screens or get back to where you were, sometimes there’s gobbledygook instead of text, and I got to one screen where I couldn’t get back out of it at all.

Customization does not work
This app does not properly read and filter content ratings set at the website for the account. Even if I max out the ratings on the website the app is still remembering the original settings made at the time of signup requiring entry of the password every time I try to play a show. This pretty much makes the “customize your experience” a very bad experience. This is true for the iPad and the iPhone apps. The website reads it correctly, but a desktop computer is not a MOBILE device. Requests to fix this problem have been ignored.

A safe place for the family
My family and I really enjoy the Dove Channel. There’s finally a place to go with only positive content. My only criticism is that not enough people know about it. You should do campaign blitzes on Tiktok, Facebook etc. to spread the word. It’s a cost effective way to advertise.

On the TV, won’t go to next screen after typed in email & pw 4 signup for 30 day free trial, jumped to regular login. ok, then tried signing in with email & pw used to register & had the nerve to tell me that email exist already! Now I download from app store 2 sign up & that grey box is covering the spot 4 first name, so i can’t input it, then try 2 submit- you guessed it, must input the first name. CANT your grey box is covering it up! Appears you don’t want new customers, by having all these problems 2 just signup! Using iphone 8
