I’ve been a member for years and love how easy the app makes managing my accounts
Version of latest DCU online banking not compatible
New version 3.34.1 of Dow Credit Union Banking will not install on my IPad. IPadOS version 17.7.11, 6th generation. Apparently it is too old for me to monitor my bank account. I will either have to buy a new iPad or use an account at another bank. I will need to transfer some of my funds out of the credit union.

Mobile App
Although very hesitant at first but now eagerly use daily is the online banking app that DCU offers. I never knew how much easier keeping track of my finances are until I made the switch! Highly recommended.

Second authentication
For the most part app is good. However every time I try to access bill pay it makes me get a text and enter a code. I can see the first per session. But not every time.

the update forces customers to have to buy a newer version phone. current economy has customers financially burdened. So therefore the existing customer cannot use your app. Very inconvenient. and poor customer service. Your to service the whole community, not partial. Thank you
