Great Staff, Frustrating Online Banking Issue
Sarah and the staff at Isabella Bank have always been professional, helpful, and courteous. My only reason for not giving five stars is a recent issue with the online banking security system.
The new login process requires a verification code that expires after five minutes, yet the text message containing the code arrived approximately 38 minutes later. By then, the code was useless, leaving me unable to access my account despite multiple attempts.
The people at the bank have been great, but this is a technology issue that should have been identified and resolved before the system was rolled out. I hope it is corrected soon, as it creates unnecessary frustration for customers.

Logging in
I cannot do anything in my account. When I login I am told to update for security reasons.. when I try to update my clicking on the update now tab it sends me to my App Store and buy app tells me to open. When I click on the open button, it takes me back to update now.. My online account sends me in this circle over and over again. I need to check my accounts, but I’m not able. It is Sunday and I would like to do my banking. That is why I have loaded this app to be able to get into my banking at any time.. any day of the week. How do I get this to update so I can do my banking?
