Scribe feature
Love the scribe feature! I have trained it to my style of note taking. It has replaced the need for a human scribe! Better than the ai scribe that integrates with my EMR. My NP staff loves it too.
Unlimited Access Needed
The Doximity app is great and very helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if RNs were able to have unlimited call access. I call a lot of patients and when I work from home it would be nice to have unlimited calls so that I can call patients.
Delayed
When I call, there is a static most times as well as my voice is delayed.
Useful
Well referenced responses to medical questions. Scribe function provides optimal summary of history of present illness. Dialer useful and especially useful for sending text information.
Trusty for a while
I have been on this app for years now. Came for the dialer and stayed for the AI. I have been using templates a lot to streamline my work. Definitely appreciate the constant growth and adaptation. I don’t read the article or watch the shorts but I still get a ton out of the App. I have visited with the doximity team at conferences and they are nice people too. Appreciate the work they have put into the app.

The app to use if you’re a doctor
I’ve had no problems they keep improving
Lost ability to prescribe electronic
I have enjoyed using Doximity to submit electronic prescriptions. I no longer have that ability because the mobile app no longer shows the Rx button. I jumped through all the hoops to reestablish, and the app tells me that I have been approved. However, the function is still absent. Doximity support is impossible to contact; there is no phone number, and the help function on the website is totally useless.

I've been using Doximity AI and it's amazingly accurate and useful. Citations are excellent.
