The caller ID will not show my practice name so my patients are not answering the phone

I’m not crazy about this app. My patients constantly complain they can’t hear me. They can’t get a hold of me because they are only able to call me back 1 hour after I call them.

Poor tech support
I called for assistance and changing my workplace in Doximity so that I can call patients and the support person gave me a list of instructions and hung up on me without answering my questions.

From writing notes with their highly customizable scribe, video calls to patients, and getting local medical news, Doximity has placed itself into center of my workflow gradually with its usefulness.
Unnecessary notifications
I want the notifications on for this app in case a patient sends a message. But I hate having a notification because I don’t have. Fax set up. I don’t have a fax to set up but now I have a dumb notification on my home screen that is distracting.
