Three questions, answered at a glance. Today now opens with what you need first: how you slept, how much, and one thing worth noticing — chosen from your own data, never a suggestion. Everything else — the score's contributors, today's energy curve, snoring and sleep talk, your dream note, your tags and labels — is one tap away on "Last night in detail." The level tag is gone; it wasn't telling you anything a number already didn't. Trends, one card per number. Trends is now Metrics and Nights. Metrics gives sleep score, time asleep, bedtime consistency, snoring, resting heart rate, HRV and breathing rate their own card, each with a small chart shaded by your own typical range, over 7, 30 or 90 nights (90 is part of Dozer+). Tap a card for the full picture — chart, sentence and related patterns. Hide or reorder cards under Settings → Trends cards. Weekly and monthly recaps and your tags and labels have their own row below. A direction on your body's numbers, without a verdict on you. Resting heart rate and HRV now carry a plain-language line about which direction usually goes with a more rested night — the same words whichever way your own number moves — plus your own usual range so "typical" means your history, not a population chart. On your best-scored nights, Bedtime consistency now shows the window that tends to go with them. Label a night in your own words. Trying something different at bedtime — an earlier dinner, a cooler room, a night away? Put your own word on the night, and reuse it from a chip next time. Dozer never suggests what to write. Once a label has three nights with it and three without, your tags and labels shows how those nights compared on snoring, or on sleep score when there was no listening. Labels stay on your iPhone: never in an export, a feedback message, or on your watch. Your clips, your call. Delete a single clip or a whole night's at once, and correct a clip's label when Dozer heard it wrong. Play a whole night's clips in a row — or only the ones you haven't heard yet — and pick up where you left off if something cuts the run short. More room on iPad. On a full-width iPad, Today shows last night's detail beside the night itself, and Metrics lays its cards out in two columns. Easier on the eyes in daylight. Daybreak's text and accents have more contrast throughout, and the watch complication now shows the Dozer mascot.
