Previous review disappeared

There was nothing wrong with the old app until they disabled it and forced me to try to use the new one. And of course it doesn’t work. It won’t even open. Called the bank who insists it does. So now I have to be at home tethered to the computer to access my account. Not convenient whatsoever. I’m considering changing banks if this isn’t resolved soon. Why discontinue an app if the new one doesn’t work properly even after endless revisions?
