Amazing diet, amazing app, buy it - it’s life changing
This diet took me from diabetic range to non diabetic range in 48 hours…literally. Can’t thank Dr. Mcdougall and fam enough. RIP.

Horrible update
I went to make falafel patties just now for a gathering tomorrow and when I looked at the recipe all the ingredients were missing on the recipe on this update!!! I wish I’d never done it. How am I going to make them now? I’ve got my parsley chopped and my chickpeas ready and was about to produce the recipe. Now what am I supposed to do? I just went and looked at the other felafel recipes in this app and all the ingredients are missing in every recipe!!!

Great cookbook and App
This app is fantastic. All compliant healthy recipes at my finger tips all day long. I like to browse through and search for ideas for new dishes to try out during idle time. I can build a list and use that for shopping. Without this app, staying compliant on a whole food plant based oil-free life style would be way more challenging. Also it is nice to know that I don’t need to observe caution in these recipes like I do with forks over knives and other vegan websites. If it is in this App, I can Enjoy it and I do!

Great! Needs a Couple of Upgrades…
Overall, the recipes in this app are great, but there are 2 things that would put it off the charts: (1) Allow editing, such as ingredient quantities and the addition of photos (WAY too few included). (2) Adding a scaling feature. Many of the recipes only feed two people, maybe three.
My Plant Based Go-To!
I downloaded this a month ago and have made over a dozen of these recipes- all of them simple and DELICIOUS! I can’t rave enough- it is so fun and exciting making and truly enjoying these healthy options. And all in one place!

Very Tasty Plant Based Recipes!
This is not just some random collection of recipes. These all seem to be thoroughly tested and adjusted. And they are all DELICIOUS! Even my spouse (who still eats some meat and dairy) doesn’t miss the oil, meat, or dairy when I make these dishes. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to try a plant based diet.

Recipes just aren't good
I love Dr. McDougall. But Im sorry these recipes just are not good. They are very bland and not very creative. I've made 15-20 of them.
Good but missing Search by Ingredient
Good value! However would be nice to search recipes by Ingredients. To make this App excellent it would be nice to have ability to reduce/increase portion size. Most of the recipes are for large number of portions. That would work well if the recipes are freezer friendly or for families but not as easy for singles/couples.
Also, pictures for each recipes would be a bonus!

I love the amount of material in this app!
The biggest downside is a lack of pictures for a lot of the recipes. I’m a visual person, and would get a lot more use out of this app if each recipe had a picture with it.

Crash
App crashes when I try to save a favorite.
Trouble with recent upgrade
I Love this app, and have been using it for years! However, the recent update is now causing it to crash every time I want to save a favorite. All my favorites when away with the upgrade, and when I try to save a favorite, the app just crashed. I hope this can be fixed soon! If it’s necessary information, I am on an iPhone.

The app crashes when I favorite a recipe on my iPhone 6s.
High end App
I use all his books & APPs over & over again for reference , recipes. Very high end. And I have lost 10 lbs. It has been very slow for me as I need to be stricter than I am. My downfall is when I am visiting on vacation or I am company and others want to cook for me as a guest. I am getting better. I’m still needing to lose about 20 lbs.
