I visited the hospital today. Outstanding service, Pediatric doctor is very efficient. Dispense medication in few minutes from Nahdi pharmacy. This is first time and will visit again

I didn’t get the OTP
The worst app ever, it didn’t give me the OTP so I can access to my medical prescription!!
Imagine when you are away from the hospital branch and the call center agent ask you to come to get your prescription!!!

لا استطيع تسجيل الدخول عند ادخال ارمز المرسل للجوال تنتهي مهلة التسجيل

تطبيق فاشل بمعنى الكلمة بل وجوده من عدمه سَواء، لا يمكن معرفة جدول الاطباء للحجز ولا معرفة نتائج التحاليل والاشعة لذا تضطر الذهاب للمستشفى لمعرفة هذه المعلومات، أعتقد سيتسبب ((((بخسارة)))) للمستشفى، أقترح على المطورين مراجعة تطبيقات المستشفيات الاخرى لمعرفة كيف الطريقة الصحيحة لتطوير التطبيقات واقتراح على الادارة لمتابعة التطبيق والظاهر الكل غير مدرك ذلك.

Cant open lab results
Can’t access lab results nor appointment summary even after the most recent update . It just keeps loading indefinitely. Please fix.
مستشفى سيئ تجي عالموعد وتقعد نصف ساعة اقل شي قبل موعدك والتطبيق اسوء
سيئ جدا. التطبيق ما يظهر نتائج المختبر ولا الاشعة وهذا هو زبدة التطبيق لاني احجز المواعيد عن طريق الاتصال.

التطبيق ممتاز من ناحية حجز المواعيد ومتابعة صرف الادوية لكن يعيب عليه التعليق في بعض المرات ويستمر التعليق ايام او اسابيع لا اقدر اقرأ نتيجة تحاليلي او اشوف نتيجة فحوصاتي او تقارير اشعاتي

التطبيق رائع
التطبيق سهل وسلس في حجز المواعيد ومعرفة نتائج التحاليل والاشاعات. بالنسبة لي اعتبره افضل تطبيق مستشفى في السعوديه
