The app is showing a bug when opening the world cup event, which prevents me from opening the event and participate.

I downloaded the Dr. Nutrition app from the Play Store, but unfortunately, for the past hour, I’ve been struggling to log in. I keep facing issues with the OTP, password matching problems, and incorrect character requirements. Despite all these attempts, nothing is working. Additionally, I placed an order five days ago, but I haven’t received any call or update so far.
