Terrible app
I have to delete and redownload this app on a regular basis due to random crashes and inability to sync to the server.
The search patient feature is useless because even after entering a patients name and date of birth, I have to scroll through long lists of patients with alternative first names and dates of birth.
The scroll wheel feature for entering numeric values like dates is ridiculous and overly sensitive, making it difficult and time consuming to enter in dates of birth or admission.
Would not recommend to anyone. Do better.

Your concerns are taken constructively and with the new Dr. Rounds, all these issue are addressed. Search is more precise, the Date entry is swift, and Syncing is a thing of the past. It all just works smoothly and in the background.
Can’t see myself back to the Cards
Dr. Rounds has made our rounding efficient and accurate. We’ve seen our revenue increase by 15% and our charges are never delayed because they are posted daily thanks to the instantaneous syncing of data to the billers via the WebApp Portal. The Nephrology feature is invaluable (so they say) but I don’t use it since I’m a surgeon.

not usable
I have tried to use this for a week. It is virtually unusable, mainly because the search function for ICD and CPT codes is very poor. MDCoder has these prepopulated which makes the program much more usable.

Excellent program. Great way to keep track of patient census and billing all at once. A must for any group practice, and helpful to the solo practitioner as well!! Would also be good for Residents.
Practice changing!
It's hard to imagine how this eloquently simplistic app has so amazingly enhanced our practice. There's no going back! Get it! And make sure your whole practice does too. Billing has been extremely streamed lined. Also our turn around time on receivables is decreasing every quarter. Can't live without it.

Best App for Rounding I Have Seen
My partner and I have used this app since its inception. Every revision gets better and better. The customer service is amazing with every update fixing or addressing even the most minor requests.
The program does everything you could ask for in a rounding app except pull your lab results. Coding, billing, notes,image exchange, real-time updates on patient status. It has streamlined our office billing and reduced our accounts receivable.
I highly recommend to anyone looking to tame a medical practice.

Dr rounds plus was an amazing app. Best app for rounding/charge capture.
Cloud version is horrible. Confusing. Not by date like previous version. Pt database is not easily accessed.
Lots of physicians who have data w drrounds plus are frustrated and dissatisfied with this poorly done cloud upgrade. Try for yourself and you will realize.
If cloud version changed to reflect the plus format I don't mind paying the high fee. Make it user friendly, not complicated.

A gazillion thank you's for this app! It's a lifesaver... Makes my day easier from start to finish.
Capture all encounters!
We are a busy 7-physician nephrology practice in Los Angeles with a usual census of 40-50 patients on a daily basis. We have been using this app since its inception. Prior to that, we had countless patient encounters that were not billed because we weren't using one unifying billing system. Now that we are all synchronized, we can easily tell if an encounter wasn't billed on a daily basis and capture billings that would have otherwise been lost.

The best rounding app around
I've used drrounds now for over 6 months now and it just keeps getting better.
I'm a gastroenterologist that rounds on inpts daily and sometimes multiple hospitals. I've always been worried about losing facesheets and/or my rounding notes.
With drrounds, it's a simple picture of the FACESHEET and figuring out which are your most common icd9 codes with search features. So easy.
I also use it to send notes to covering docs (both who use drrounds and those who are not).
Check it out. It's a fabulous tool! Thanks Camil, Harold et al for all your hard work.

Great app - major cost savings
The cost of the app paid for itself in the first month. What normally took one of my employees an hour a day to do, is now automatically done with this app and is sent directly to my biller, completely bypassing my employees. Saving time and money.

I must say that this app is a vast improvement over the last one, and is clear, lively and accurate. I particularly like the fresh interface and sync features. Would love to see ability to run a mini report that tells me how many patients were seen and what codes I used in a given period. I do feel better pricing would attract a lot more doctors to this app.Customer service is amazingly prompt, and courteous. Hats off to Dr Sader for creating this innovative app.

Amazing App
Highly recommend it..
Love this app!
I cannot believe how easy this app is to use! I am a mid-level practitioner contracting to a busy General Surgery practice. My biller now has the ability to access necessary information that enables her to capture, and bill my encounters with their patients as soon as they occur. No more waiting for someone to fax CPT or DX codes! Love it!

Excellent app. Easy to use. Features are great and highly functional. I recommend for all medical specialists .
Disappointed
Don't hit save.
If you want a monthly running list of charges you will be disappointed. No way to edit once you have billed. Drops off the screen completely and you have to search the name to find it again. May be great for a big practice but if you have to keep up with your charges you will be disappointed.
