I’ve been using the Dr. Scent app together with my Dr. Scent diffuser, and the experience has been fantastic. The app is very easy to use, with a simple and user-friendly interface that makes controlling the diffuser effortless, even when I’m away from home.
The diffuser itself is amazing. It provides a consistent and long-lasting fragrance that makes any room feel fresh and luxurious. I also appreciate the ability to adjust settings and schedule fragrance times directly from the app.

Horrible App
The scent is great and the device when it works is ok. But the app is absolutely horrible. Doesn’t connect. Even customer service doesn’t has a solution.
App not good enough
Machine is great. App not so much. Connected through Bluetooth. Allows me to turn on and off. Allows me to set a programme. The programmes don’t work. Can’t forget the device via Bluetooth to reset the phone. Unplugged and reconnected. Still doesn’t work with a preset programme. The app needs to provide diagnostics and maybe an explanation of what the ‘beeps’ are.

A Great Product
This room diffuser is absolutely amazing filling the room with nice aromas. The only issue I have is with the app and controlling the schedule and timer settings. There is always the message “set your timer greater than the start time.” Could the developers of this app please fix this issue.
Graceful handling of user interactions needed (UX)
The app looks sleek and well designed. There’s a lot of potential, clearly. But everything I tap pops a “coming soon” on top of the tabs and doesn’t dismiss until a set time amount. I’d rather the app specifically address the device, personally.
I suggest the developers hide non essential and incomplete functionality until it’s ready.
On the other hand, the sales person was very lovely and welcoming. She made sure I was pleased and satisfied as a customer. The device is sleek, nice, and the smells are amazing.
4/5 for device as I’d prefer a knob to adjust the oils.
Please do give some love to your app, Dr Scent, as it seems **essential** to have for basic functionality. It won’t hurt to have a QR code somewhere, for the app, too.
Customers appreciate high quality products with high quality complementary software.

App does not work

This App is buggy for the Eco Device
I bought 2 different Dr Scent devices and while the bigger one works perfectly on the app, my brand new Eco - Device has more or less not worked since i got it because the app doesn't seem to control the device. I have to constantly factory reset the device from the app to maybe get it to spray and even that is hit or miss. I also had Dr Scent swap my Eco device for a brand new one and the same issues persist. It doesn’t save schedules, doesn’t turn the device off or on when you do so on the app. Practically, i can barely use the Eco Device i got because the app doesn't seem to work well with this model.
There must be a bug in this current version of the app. The Dev team should look into this as it urgently needs an update.
Great products otherwise, i just wish i could actually enjoy my purchases without this app being so buggy smh.

App doesn’t work well with your machine
Your app doesn’t work well with your machine. I don’t understand why you don’t have a power on and off button on your machine. You need to address the connectivity issues you have
Perfect diffuser
The machine is lovely and the smell is amazing. The app is so easy to use. The gentleman that sold it to me was very lovely aswell. 10/10
Needs to be fixed
The app keeps crashing as soon as I connect to my diffuser. Very frustrating.
