Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer care service ever! They’re helpful and attentive until you sign the contract after that they really make you struggle. Warning! Don’t go for them! Waste of 4k €.
My teeth are not aligned after the treatment so I requested for Refinement service in 3rd week of October. It is 30th of November today and there has not been any progress so far!!
My emails are not getting any helpful responses!
And these issues are just to name a few.
“I’ve all email proof of their actions.”
With this sort of conduct, their business won’t survive.
