I have played this game for 4 or 5 years. Over the past couple of years everything just died down, and many users left the game. I started playing again over the past few months. However about a month ago my game was completely wiped out. It started me back at the very beginning. Most frustrating is that there is no way to contact anyone for help. What a disappointment.

Account lost and no support
My high level account is just gone, I’m positive I had it linked to my apple account but any attempt to log in just starts you at level one and tutorials. Attempts to reach out to developer unanswered in app help Center and when trying to go to developer site the site page can not open because server can not be found. Extremely upset that money was spent in this game for it to be lost

Saved game no longer works for Apple users
The game somehow reset and when Apple players try to recover their progress from the integrated Facebook save, it does not work. It completely restarts the game from the beginning.
Game lost
Be careful spending money on this game. I was vip 8 and almost a 9. Had a lot of time in this game and money. Love the game I was over lvl 100. Then all of a sudden I go to log in like always do and the game was gone it started me over at lvl 1. I lost everything I had purchased. I’ve emailed and used the help button. No one ever responds. Be aware.

I lost my game with this latest update and no way to contact the people who run it. All my work and money that I have invested in it are gone. Very sad.

Played this game for years. Pretty fun, however it started becoming repetitive with no new content. Opened it this morning and the game started back at the beginning. Hoping it’s just a glitch and they get it fixed. No way to contact them.

I’ve played this game for years but today I logged in to discover that everything has gone. All my dragons have gone and it’s gone back to the beginning. A nightmare

Really angry! 3 out of ten stars for me
It’s the glitches!!! Every single time I try to do story line when it starts it kicks me out of the game! I like to listen to storylines but it’s really annoying and it does that with everything else too! Collecting things adds mini games ect… and I also want a easier way to get the snow leopard dragon lol but Ik it’s NOT my internet because I’ve checked. and it started when I updated this game! Ty if you read this company that made this! - update it’s been over 6 months I stopped counting… this game is WORTHLESS STORAGE! I have a iPad and no matter what I do here we are 6 months later and I can’t even play anymore… it lags so bad that it kicks me out right after the 5 minutes it takes to load I loved playing this but LOOK AWAY THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT GAME FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! I suggest animal jam. I love it it’s addictive and has monthly updates constant story and 2 games! One 2d one 3d both great! The thing to know is: new players (jammers) aren’t respected as much, find a good freindly pack and tell them you want help to get good items :) (Officially over a year since first sent) just turn away.. this is a game the developers don’t listen to complaints with, so I also hear it’s a money grab, YEA….
