I have played this game for 4 or 5 years. Over the past couple of years everything just died down, and many users left the game. I started playing again over the past few months. However about a month ago my game was completely wiped out. It started me back at the very beginning. Most frustrating is that there is no way to contact anyone for help. What a disappointment.

Account lost and no support
My high level account is just gone, I’m positive I had it linked to my apple account but any attempt to log in just starts you at level one and tutorials. Attempts to reach out to developer unanswered in app help Center and when trying to go to developer site the site page can not open because server can not be found. Extremely upset that money was spent in this game for it to be lost
