Приложение на планшете работало первый месяц, затем не открывается, оплату списывают, на почте не отвечают.

Few Requests

I love the app for the children, but the parent portion could use some help. I want to be able to delete, or at least rename tasks so they can change throughout the year.
Also I wish I could set tasks for myself as a parent as well.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We offer a feature that allows you to create your own assignments when you purchase a premium subscription, and we have exercises for parents. Unfortunately, we do not have assignments for parents. Our premium subscription is for the whole family, and you can use another child profile to give assignments to another parent :)

Very Buggy

Looks like a cool app, unwilling to invest in premium because the app just freezes while trying to add profiles and change settings. Great concept. Will change review if bugs get fixed.

The most helpful app i used

Dragon family has been wonderful for our family!!) my daughter has learned so much through the quizzes, she’s starting to understand how much effort goes into gifts and activities

Complicated

My daughter hates it, I’m not a fan either! Neither of us can really understand it, but since there isn’t a free trial, I’m out nearly $50 and stuck with it!

Scam

I clicked for a 7 day free trial and 5 minutes later they took a payment for an annual subscription. I have been refused a refund, when I logged a complaint on day 1 of the trial.

Premium content inaccessible

I have tried multiple times to gain access to the premium content. I tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times and heard nothing back. I did request a refund of my multiple attempts to purchase the premium content. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times and still nothing. I have used this app in the past and absolutely loved it. This would be a five star review if I was able to access the content I am paying for and if customer service was at all responsive.

I like it sooo much

A decent app for children's financial education. I love the gamified approach. However, there seems to be a minor issue with the notifications. Hope to see that fixed in the next update.

Incredible app for children! I'm amazed by the 'Neurons Battles' feature. Merging chores and educational quizzes in one app is just brilliant! Thanks for making financial education so engaging!

The new version is great! Greate job, guys!

Horrible, horrible app! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Stay away! I used the first version of this app and it was great, but the newer version is awful. I can almost never login, and when I can log in I can't get any of the profiles to load. There's no support at all. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
