App not working for a week now

Have so many issues with the app. App logged me out randomly and now I can’t get logged in. Every time I put in my password the app just reloads. I pay for the subscription so this is quite frustrating.

Must have for parents

I don’t usually review but this app is so good. Even the free version is worth it. Tho I don’t mind paying for a subscription worth every penny. Kid looks forward to chores now I can’t believe it lol.

What happened?

Had this app about 2 years now & as of today, it’s no longer working. Tried to email support, but the email did not go thru.

Great but please fix

This app has been great! My kids are motivated to do chores and it keeps us organized. However, three days into using it all of my children’s tasks and rewards have disappeared. This app needs bug fixes!!! Please fix it cause we love it when it works!

Response from developer

We’re really sorry for this — that definitely shouldn’t happen. 🙏 Thank you for your kind words and support 💛 Everything should be working now — we’ve fixed the issue. If you’re still experiencing any problems, please contact us at support@neatkid.io, and we’ll be happy to help 😊

SIGNED OUT

I would have done 5 stars but today, the app completely logged my son out as well as myself. All of our task and rewards are gone. I try to log back in but it’s not working.

FAQ

What does the Neat Kid app do?

The Neat Kid app helps parents assign and track daily chores and tasks for their children aged 5-8. It uses a point system where children earn stars for completing tasks, which can then be redeemed for rewards like allowance or toys.

How does the point and reward system work?

Parents set tasks and assign points based on difficulty. Children earn points (stars) for each completed task. These accumulated points can be used to unlock rewards that parents set, such as allowance, toys, or special treats, creating a motivating reward chart.

Is the Neat Kid app free to use?

The app is free to download and use, but it offers in-app purchases. This means some features or content may require an additional purchase within the app.

What age range is this app suitable for?

This app is designed for parents of children aged 5 to 8 years old. It focuses on age-appropriate tasks and habit-building for this developmental stage.

What are the benefits of using Neat Kid?

Using Neat Kid helps foster positive habits, nurture essential life skills, and promote independence, discipline, and responsibility in children. It also aims to strengthen family values and the bond between parent and child through shared task management.
