No internet connection. Can’t reset password no option to do it online

Great app obviously but when I’m on the race bike i don’t have my phone on me and would love to quickly start recording from my Apple Watch
App never works
Can’t read leaderboards ever. I’m getting tired of this useless app fix it please.

Thank you for your feedback! That could happen due to our server update/periodic maintenance and the app cannot get connection to the server during that time. Just retry after like 10 min and the app will work properly. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact support@godragy.com and we are always willing to help!
What’s the point
The device never connects to the internet, even in areas where it should. Spend more time fiddling with it then actually using it for what it’s meant for. Was hoping g to use for event this weekend but have little hope it’ll perform.
