No internet connection. Can’t reset password no option to do it online

Great app obviously but when I’m on the race bike i don’t have my phone on me and would love to quickly start recording from my Apple Watch
App never works
Can’t read leaderboards ever. I’m getting tired of this useless app fix it please.
What’s the point
The device never connects to the internet, even in areas where it should. Spend more time fiddling with it then actually using it for what it’s meant for. Was hoping g to use for event this weekend but have little hope it’ll perform.

Terrible UI
I love the device, but the app is so bad. It allows you to export data in proprietary formats that dragy doesn't offer software to view. What's the point?
Give me CSV files!
It keeps recording even after you tell it to stop.
You're hit with an ad every time you open the app. I already own a better device... Chill!
The graphs are the only good part of the app, but without the data........

Leaderboard never loads
App can be very frustrating at times.
Good and bad
Dragy functions are fine work the way they should.
However, the leaderboards are constantly bugged to the point the feature is pretty much useless. Which is a shame because it’s cool to see what other cars run similar as you. Needs an overhaul

No internet connection
Won’t load leaderboards or even set my region. Just shows “no internet connection”
App does not load
I just downloaded the app, within the past week, so I definitely have the most up to date version, and literally nothing will load and it’s constantly saying no internet when I have over 200mb/s download speed and ~100mb/s upload speed. Tested immediately after getting the no internet notification on the app. Leaderboards won’t load at all and half the time I open the app it’s in some sort of weird developer mode with nothing but plain text and the app will be frozen. My gps unit is basically useless without the app, yall should do a much better job than this, this is terrible.

Doesn’t work
I can’t upload or use video. Says I’m not connected to internet. Cant even read the leaderboard.
Constantly failing
I am done with dragy. Works great when it does but the past two months have been horrific. Constantly failing. I am done with dragy.

Medições muito boa mas o aplicativo deixa a desejar, trava direto e fala que está sem internet, some colocados no ranking. Precisa de uma atualização urgente
Sound is so annoying
Device seems to work fine. Can’t turn off voice announcements while driving which is ridiculous.

Seriously guys, you really need to get onto this. A quick google/reddit/Facebook search shows people leaving dragy for competitors. I found this out because i googled who your competitors were and the issues i was having…
The fact that i can’t view any results posted in my region because the app crashes constantly, or “has no internet connection” is really unacceptable.
