What happened ?
Everything deleted and lost all my work. Program turned into some kinda kindergarten app. Tried to recover my purchase and couldn’t , then tried to subscribe and nothing. Loved this app I wouldn’t even mind paying a monthly subscription. Please HELP!!!!

If it ain’t broke - don’t break it
Had a fun cheap n easy app then changed it and blew it. All previously saved drawing are gone now. Blew it! Deleted it!

Buggy
I like that this app seems to be kind of free to use. I’ve so far drawn two pictures and still haven’t had to pay anything. That said, this app is definitely buggy.
Literally every time I open the app, the app glitches out and thinks that my pictures all have white backgrounds, when in fact my backgrounds are black. When I open the images, though, it seems to correct itself and looks correct. Still, very buggy.
And next bug is on the eraser... I’m seeing repeating bugs on the eraser tool. First, it doesn’t save the work you do with the eraser correctly. The eraser always look correct while you are using it. But when you save the image, and reload the image, the eraser often had a small outline around it, which looks terrible.
And another bug on the eraser is that, any place where I used the eraser, I can no longer draw in those areas using one of the marker tools. So yup, that’s quite a bug.
If these bugs get worked out then yea, the app could be pretty good. I’m on iPad Pro btw, dark mode.

Lost all of my work with latest update
Fix app to view old sketches
New version killed it
The new version killed everything I loved about this app. Not only did it wipe out all of my stuff, but now, NONE of the add on pages and options that I PAID FOR are available. You guys really dropped the ball on this update. I expect a refund of my original option purchases unless you put them back in. Really sad and frustrated right now. DO NOT PURCHASE this app until developer fixes the problems they themselves created!!!

Lost all data now scrambling to restore.
Update: With the help of a backup viewer I was able to salvage my pages. They’re not viewable in the app itself on my phone, but after backing up my phone (even after this horrible update) they were thankfully still there in the backup. Posting this so others might save their notes. That doesn’t pardon the one star review. 😒 Maybe if the developer 👋(hello?) made those files accessible within the app post update??

ALL of my notes and drawings are gone (though I spent all day salvaging them by some stroke of luck). I'm not well versed in restoring from backups and my last backup was a long time ago since this deplorable power move from developers doesn't normally happen. NOOOO!!!!
I’ve had an older version of this app for years. Simple, easy, useful. It did an automatic update and now EVERYTHING I had in it is GONE. GONE!! You could have have at least warned me. Or left the old version.
new update hijack my notes
i just updated this app and all my notebooks are gone , everything it’s on the cloud , if you want to have access to your notes you must subscribe on a monthly basis charge , this happened with out any “heads up” in advance , just updated the app, this is a total hijack of my private notes, i have 2 years of notes from my work, try to contact the developer, guess what? website down, no way to file a complaint or anything , this is a horrible way to try to get your money, don’t waste your time and money with this app

...with most of the comments. I need to use it more to critique it properly but one irritating point is that I incorporated a photo into the artwork and then went to text it to someone and the photo disappeared!

Not the best. I paid money for this and their is not even a fill tool and you have to buy a bunch of stuff to get something good out of this app but I did pay money for so I’m going to use it but pls add fill tool and make it free
