Saving issues
I opened the app and started to create a layout for redesigning a room in my house. Everything is great until I opened the app the next day tried to click on my saved plan and it wouldn’t let me I talked with the AI help and made sure that I was signed in and that I hadn’t already purchased anything. I did everything it told me to and it still won’t let me open it without subscribing. I have yet to delete the app and I’m hoping that I can find a way to fix whatever is going on.

False advertisement
All click bait no saving of not even your first floor plan
Unfortunate
They let you start and save a floor plan just to make you sign up for a free trail for access to the floor plan. Very unprofessional and sneaky.
Need to play for everything
Honestly is one of the worst app I have try of layouts the app over all is poor it has not a lot of options to put if you save your plot it will force you to play if not you won’t be able to access your layout you made this is just horrible
This app is a joke.
I have used many design apps, but this may be the worst one I’ve seen. And they want you to pay $50-$100 a year for it! Don’t bother.

I have to pay if I want to access my floor plan that I put together, such a waste of time now I have to restart from scratch, thanks a lot Rachel
Misleading “Free” App
The app says it’s free, but it completely wasted my time. After creating the plan, it asks for payment just to view or send it. That’s not fair at all.

Just wanted something simple to help redesign spaces and work on a layout for remodel. Saved two layouts after figuring out the app. When I tried to open them with the contractor, both files were “corrupted” and couldn’t be retrieved. Literally, the app had ONE job….

Simple But NOT Free
This app was listed as “free” in the App Store. It’s not. It should be listed as “trial version”. Now I cannot access my “free” drawings.
No furniture objects in my objects list
I purchased this app so I could create a floor plan and layout for an office space. The AI said I had furniture and it could place it then says it can’t place it. It tried to walk me to an object library but it doesn’t exist. The ai does not seem to actually have knowledge of the app.

Seemed good but then I saved my plan and I have to sign up and pay for the monthly fee or yearly fee to see that plan again.

App is buggy and even after paying for the plus plan I lost a plan I spent a few hours building. Saved on top of a DrawPlan and now the file won’t open because it’s corrupt.
Object builder would be cool if it scaled correctly when you import it into your plan. It never looks like how you originally make it and imports much larger than it’s supposed to.
App doesn’t allow you to hit enter when inputing custom sizes and is due to the number pad not scaling or hiding when you click off. Manage to correct it by adjusting to a smaller font size on my phone’s global settings but annoying I have to do that. Also have to hit the enter key like 3-5 times to get to accept the setting.
This app has been out for four years, but feels half baked. Could be better but not there yet…
