Never really any loads available in my market area.

Had received a call a while back from a gentleman who stated they had gotten some contracts with the rail yards in my area. Saw maybe a half dozen loads over a 2 month period. Now the Harrisburg, Bethlehem market area on DrayNow doesn’t seem to ever show anything. Broadened my market search and it always says nothing available.

DrayNow is great!

DrayNow is great for us local owner ops. It’s serves its purpose and the people behind the phones are all very helpful and understanding. We been working with them for a couple years or so nothing but good things to say. The operations manager over there is the best any questions regarding work related issues she’ll get it fixed!

Nothin but middle men

Ask them how much they take as brokers, they won’t tell you cuz they super cut the rate I’m talking loads at crosstown prices. Agent flat out told me they’re under cutting the rate simply because well drivers are still going to book it. Watching us kill our own rate on the loads by under cutting each other. Ridiculous. If I could ZERO star review.

The Application still needs small improvements

The application does not allow for details and or specific instructions for certain loads which can be difficult to understand the requirements.
Example, when you’re picking up at a shipper sometimes they require the commodity or the customer name “ like walmart, target etc.”

But other than that it’s very simple to use. When you need to speak with someone for any questions Or details they're pretty quick to respond.
I do feel it’s a solid option for local intermodal work.

Great service

We been moving loads with Draynow for year and we are happy with their great service and always paying the loads fast. All my drivers run the app and we have never experienced any issues with the app really easy to work with.

The app. Works fine very easy to navigate it DrayNow support team definitely knows the business. Overall DrayNow is a great option to start your company. Right now is hard to book loads as the business is slow and everyone is on the app waiting for something becomes available.I think they should also rate they carriers and make it easier and give priority to book loads to carriers that are providing better on time service with most importantly safe equipment. Many times we go to customer and we found bad equipment being dropped by another DrayNow carrier.

No work and rates

App only has one to three loads a day and most rates are lower than a owner operator rates

You might want to take advantage of our waitlist feature, which allows you to see recently booked loads and sign up to get notifications if they become available. We hope you'll try the app again when you need to find local loads and get paid quickly.

They barely have loads and when they put something it’s worthless, cheap rates not even your time waste on sign up

Can’t complete the sign up process

I was able to set up the account but now I’m not able to log on to the app. It just keeps spinning after I sign on. Very frustrating. I have heard good things about this load board and want to check it out.
