Worst Experience – Can’t Even Log In

I paid for this service, but I can’t even log in. I never received the OTP via SMS or any other method, and now it says I’ve exceeded the quota. How is that possible when I haven’t even gotten access yet? This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re going to offer a paid service, make sure the basic login process works. Support is unhelpful, and I’m left locked out despite being a paying user. Total waste of time and money.
