Worst Experience – Can’t Even Log In
I paid for this service, but I can’t even log in. I never received the OTP via SMS or any other method, and now it says I’ve exceeded the quota. How is that possible when I haven’t even gotten access yet? This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re going to offer a paid service, make sure the basic login process works. Support is unhelpful, and I’m left locked out despite being a paying user. Total waste of time and money.

Unable to Log
I just update the paid version of my app. I am unable to log. As no password/ otp is coming on my registered mobile number. All of a sudden I am unable to fetch rates of diamonds on the app.

This app was so helpful to calculate diamond prices at ease, off lately it’s become such a useless one! If we have to manually calculate then what’s the point of this app! Please kindly fix this issue at the very earliest!

DRC App Issue – Manual Calculation Required
After the recent update, the DRC application is not working properly. The diamond rates are not showing up as they used to, and we are now forced to calculate everything manually. This has made the process very inconvenient and time-consuming. Please fix this issue as soon as possible so that the app can function as it did before.

Degraded the App
Now the app requires you to manually enter the rap price which defeats the purpose of paying for this app. Earlier, the rap price used to show automatically for each configuration.
