Game doesn’t give you your free boosters at the start of each game after you’ve earned them for beating levels.😪 After my above review they took away my winning streak!!!
Game reward
I loaded the game but have yet to recieve the items offered to play. After leaving this review I was sent a email from the developers that the $100 reward was on the way. Ok so I’m now on level 499 n still haven’t received anything. If there’s a bug please find n fix it otherwise it’s not looking very good on the team that put the ad together. I love the game I will continue to play. My thing is if u say that ur going to do something then u should. Don’t run ads saying u get rewards so that ppl will download the game, it’s disappointing n doesn’t make the developer look good.

I love this game but I wish it gave you more energy for the quests , other games do but this one doesn’t .. while it’s fun to play I’m not sure I’ll keep this one .
Moves I don’t intend automatically do it
I wasn’t enjoying the game and I’ve spent some money on it. However, I refuse to spend any more money because the moves that I try to make you make them for me or the computer Does and I don’t think that’s fair. Thank you.
A little misleading
UPDATE: Made it to level 50 … the gifts are real… still can not connect to Facebook… and have not had to spend any money and still wining levels on first try

Starts good, then ends like all the others!
I loved this game when I first started playing. It was challenging, but you could complete levels without rage quitting! However, 6 months on and it’s the same old story. They take away all your bonuses and your coins eventually making the game impossible to play, unless of course you want to spend a small fortune to progress. Don’t get me wrong, I know it’s a business, which is why I don’t mind spending a certain amount when it’s fair. Sadly, it’s no longer fair. In fact, it’s daylight robbery! Almost all my team have quit, but it seems this company doesn’t care about their players or their loyalty. I thought this game might be different, but sadly not. I imagine I’ll get the usual standard cut and paste response talking about ‘luck’ and giving me magical tips on how I can win. Please don’t insult my intelligence. I’ve played enough games over the years to know exactly what’s going on. It’s GREED and the fact they don’t give a fig about their players. Shame that another great game goes this way. It’s the game owners not the actual game that needs an overhaul! New players you’ve been warned. They’ll let you win until you’re hooked in then it’ll all disappear overnight. It’s a huge waste of time and unless you’re willing to empty your bank account you’ll leave disappointed and frustrated.

Ad shows a promise of large promotional package that includes 10,000 coins. I downloaded the game and it was only 2,000 tokens and could only be redeemed at level 50.
A little misleading
Cute game.. nice graphics… but the free gifts… only after you reach level 50… and of course the levels get harder as you go… making it hard to reach that level without spending money… also for some reason it will not allow me to connect it to my Facebook account so I can see if friends are playing … I have played this game in the past… think I just got bored with it … I have a valid Facebook account… I use it daily … and when I try to connect all the usual things come up saying I have connected to it before… says it’s connected… then very quickly it pops up something about it being invalid… its text imposed over the graphic… and way to fast and light to fully read… trying to decide if its worth trying to reach level 50 to see if it “magically” disappears… thinking it might just be a way to not count the levels I have passed before to thwart me from getting to level 50

De base c’est un jeu que j’apprécie tout particulièrement car on est pas envahie par les pubs et il y a tjs des petits défis mais franchement le service client est inexistant si vous êtes tombé sur ce jeu grâce à une pub qui disait que bous avez un jackpot de départ c’est totalement faux j’ai écrit au service client que ce soit sur l’appli ou le mail je n’ai jamais eu de réponses de qui que ce soit ! J’avais laissé un commentaire qui me disait : merci de nous contacter à telle adresse mail pour être mise en relation direct avec nos développeurs bah ils doivent être en train de dormir depuis presque un an ! Bref je me dis bon j’aime bien le jeu jvais le gardait et là de nouveau depuis une petite semaine que des bug un jeu qui se joue en duo pour avancer et bien je n’ai accès à aucuns nom de proposition et ça me met juste le mot player donc je suis obligée de jouer à un jeu de duo avec moi même 😂 donc si vous aimez les jeu de détente celui ci est bien quand il bug pas quand il bug par contre la votre patience est mise à rude épreuve ! Sans oublier que les coffres d’équipe s’ouvrent tout seul donc ça vous dit que vous avez pris le bonus (30 min de bonus) et des aide comme le marteau et tout mais les 30 min ont disparu je sais pas si j’ai été assez explicite dans mon avis mais j’espère qu’on a compris lol

Just want to play the game. Collecting and building things is for 3 year olds. Quit advertising on real game sites.

This game would be good if there weren’t so many glitches that mess up your power combos and didn’t blatantly screw you out of having max power. Also— the support is horrible. I contacted support about the game freezing and losing everything as a result on 6/23. I reached out twice and three days later no one has gotten back to me. I’m going back to Royal Match.
You answered me and did nothing. I have paid for coins. Just had my power ball taken and yet have 61 boards in a row won— How is that? Your so called support still hasn’t answered and you should be reinstating my lost items and compensating me for my trouble. Take your lame answer and stick it. Worst game and support ever.

Disappointed
I have a lot of health issues that have kept me stuck at home so to keep busy other than reading I play games. So many ppl I know get free stuff from this game to enjoy it and to enhance their progress but I never do. I’ve even spent money on this game. It makes me want to delete this game and other games from this company. Why aren’t people getting the same opportunities. I have had this game a long time so I’m disappointed that it feels “fixed” to set people up to fail in order to keep purchasing things

Too damn expensive.
This game is fun, no doubt. But it is designed to milk you for cash. Even with power ups, it is likely as not to leave you constantly one move short of completion so you need to spend 900 coins for five more moves. If you can afford it, have fun. Otherwise, find something less expensive.
Once a great fan but just got robbed off a purchase
Used to be a great fan of this game app, up until a few minutes ago when it decided to rob me of my $10 purchase…..
Will not rotate screen
I hate developers that think they know how to display the game on my screen. I have an iPad and the game will not rotate so that the home key is on the top of the vertical display. I’m also reading other reviews that make me believe I do not want this game. In addition, I downloaded the game from Instagram and was told I would be given $100 worth of coins, etc. That did not happen. Uninstalled the game.
