Dreami turns every night into something you can actually read: how much sleep you owe, how restless and loud the night was, and what to do about tonight. SLEEP DEBT See the sleep you have accumulated over the last 14 days with a risk level and a battery gauge that fills back up as you recover. Dreami also builds a recommended schedule for tonight: when to go to bed, when to wake up, and how much debt this night can pay back. SLEEP TRACKING Start a session before bed and leave the phone on your nightstand. Dreami listens for snoring and coughing, measures ambient noise, and wakes you with an alarm. Audio is analyzed on your device only. It is never recorded, uploaded or stored. NIGHT JOURNAL Every morning you get one page for the night: sleep quality, the flow of your sleep stages, sound and heart rate through the night, sleep regularity, time to fall asleep, snoring, steps and HRV. STATISTICS Weekly and monthly charts for efficiency, bedtime and wake time consistency, time in bed versus time asleep, snoring, coughing, ambient noise, breathing rate and resting heart rate. SLEEP NOTES Tag what you did before bed such as coffee, tea, alcohol, a workout, a late meal or screen time, and Dreami shows which habits actually help or hurt your sleep. APPLE HEALTH AND APPLE WATCH Dreami reads sleep, heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, wrist temperature and activity from Apple Health, and writes the sleep sessions you record back to it.
