Please make sure you're running the latest version of the app (1.0.3), as we can see you're currently on version 1.0.2 which is the reason you are experiencing this exact issue. Our iOS users are actively booking and completing rides throughout the day without any problems on the updated version. We'd love for you to give it another try — and thank you for your support, we truly appreciate it!

Hi, We majority of our riders are ios users who have been using the app with no issues since the day we launched. We also have proof of this. We would love to invite you back onto the app to give us another try!!

100% Not a scam. Since launching, we've completed hundreds of rides and every single one of our drivers has been paid on time, every time. We take pride in the service we've built and the trust our drivers and riders place in us. Baseless accusations like this don't reflect the experience of our actual users, and we won't let them undermine the hard work behind this platform. If you've genuinely used our app and had an issue, we'd welcome the chance to hear from you directly.
