About

Log your drinks. Keep an eye on your weekly limit and alcohol-free days. Pick the type, volume, and ABV — pure alcohol (g) and calories (kcal) are calculated automatically. Review your weekly totals and alcohol-free days on a calendar and chart. A drinking log for staying within moderate limits over the long run — not for quitting entirely. ■ One-tap logging Tap one of nine presets: Beer / Canned Chu-hi / Wine / Highball / Sake / Shochu / Umeshu / Cocktail / Other. Volume (ml) and alcohol by volume (%) can be adjusted on the spot. ■ Automatic pure-alcohol calculation Using the formula "volume × ABV ÷ 100 × 0.8", different drinks can be compared on the same scale. Alcohol-derived calories (kcal) are shown alongside. ■ Weekly limit & progress Set a daily limit in grams (presets: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 g). The progress bar turns orange at 80% and red when you go over, so you can see where this week stands at a glance. ■ Alcohol-free day tracking Mark "I won't drink today" with a single tap. Set a weekly target and watch your streak. Logging a drink automatically clears that day's alcohol-free mark. ■ Calendar & charts Color-coded calendar shows drinking days, alcohol-free days, and today. The chart screen switches between week / month / year, and you can swipe left or right to scroll through past periods. ■ Home Screen widget Two sizes (Small / Medium). Check this week's pure alcohol, progress, and alcohol-free day count without opening the app. Made for • Anyone told to cut back on drinking at a health checkup • Anyone looking to moderate rather than quit completely • Anyone who wants an honest view of how much they drank this week • Anyone who prefers a quiet, no-frills log they can keep using Disclaimer This app does not provide medical advice. If you have health concerns, please consult a medical professional.
