Auto scan
New update auto scan is garbage. My drivers scan are coming blurry every time. They have to do it 4 to five times to get it right.

Looks good but unable to send on multiple addresses
WAS a great app till the recent update last week.
Now the image it save is unreadable. The photo is better than the saved image. My supervisors and customers cannot read the image. Many complaints about this issue. Your app is now useless to me. Please fix the problem so I can update with 5 stars.

Good App
Just need to update app, so iphone 15 pro max camera can take clear pictures through drive axle app. Phone takes Crystal clear pictures without drive axle app, but takes blurry pictures with app. Please fix asap. I use app for work. Thank you! Will give 5 stars when its fixed.
Not so great anymore
Used to be a great and reliable app, but the camera is blurry almost every single time I try to send paperwork now.
Don’t fix what isn’t broken
This app used to work great. Unfortunately that has changed. Over the last 4-6 weeks the app has struggled severely to detect the borders of my papers. The device I use to scan has not changed. The papers that I am scanning have not changed. The surface that I am scanning on has not changed. That makes the newest updates to the app the weak link for some reason well beyond my understanding.

Good but needs improvement
Great app for scanning paperwork but it needs auto page detection and auto focus. I get a lot of drivers that send me blurry photos because the camera does not focus well in the app. They have to take pictures with their phone then pull them into the app instead of just taking them directly in the app. Just an extra step that should not be necessary.

Essential!
This app is simple, straightforward, and easy to use. The scanning process is fast! I’m able to scan my docs and get them sent in minutes. I do wish there was a user fillable document description in addition to “Other”
Dispatch and billing cannot receive my sent documents.
Suddenly having problems with my company not being able to receive my documents sent to them by Drive Axle through email. It’s was working well up until about a month ago
Steals you info
this app robs your phone of all your personal information including your bank account number and credit card info and sells it. I have an iphone 12 pro max with ios 14 because I wanted my privacy protected but this app somehow harvests your info. READ THEIR PRIVACY STATEMENT.
Was great. Now something is wrong
Loved it at first but the past week, it has difficulty taking pictures. Takes a long time to load the camera for each document then all it is is a black screen. Still takes pictures but you have to assume the document is in the screen frame. Deleted app and re installed still same issues please help

Great app
One request though. If a mistake is made in typing the numbers in bol or trip number and sending by mistake, it would be nice to edit them rather than deleting the whole thing and starting over.
