CarPlay was rebuilt around the two questions you actually ask at speed: where am I stopping, and will there be a charger free when I get there. • How many chargers are FREE, in the stop's title. A stop no longer just says "41 chargers" — it says how many of those 41 are free right now, wherever the operator publishes it. In the trip plan and in the backup-stop list, before you commit to the exit. • This stop is crowded. One tap on the charger-with-a-slash button, confirm your charge, and you get the stops you can still reach with it — sorted, with their live free counts, ready to re-plan around the one that's full. • Take me home. One button in the car, home set once in Settings. No searching, no phone. • Your trip statistics in the car: total time, driving, charging, breaks, distance and average speed — from Settings or the bottom of the trip plan. • The whole route, all the way. The map draws every leg to the destination with every stop pinned, not just the leg to the next charger — and it keeps drawing it when the signal drops mid-trip. • Walk from where you are. Open a stop's map and you see yourself on it; stand at the chargers and it walks you to the restaurant door. • The United States. Charger and place data now understands American travel centres and truck stops, served from a US datacentre so planning is as quick in Texas as in France. • The subscription check runs behind the app, not in front of it. A known subscriber never waits on a checking screen again. Fixed • A blank CarPlay screen if the app restarted while the car was connected. • "Turn on Location" when Location was already on and the phone simply had no fix yet — it now says it's waiting for GPS, and offers to retry. • A trip your car can drive on one charge was refused with a network error. • The planning screen was centred on the full display, so its title slid under the car's own sidebar. • 86 pieces of text that stayed English inside every other language.
