FAQ

What does DriveBit do?

DriveBit is designed to prevent your fitness tracker, like Fitbit, from logging car trips as steps. It allows you to manually log your drives, ensuring your step count remains accurate by overriding any incorrectly counted steps.

How does DriveBit keep my step count accurate?

When you start a car trip using the app, it logs the duration of your drive as a specific activity. This logged activity then syncs with your Fitbit account and overrides any steps that were erroneously counted during that time.

Can I customize the type of activity logged?

Yes, the app's settings menu allows you to change the type of activity logged. For instance, you can specify if you were driving a motorbike or scooter. You can also define completely custom names for your activities, such as 'Daily commute'.

Is DriveBit free to use?

Based on the provided information, DriveBit is a free application. There are no mentions of in-app purchases or subscription fees.

What devices is DriveBit compatible with?

The app is designed to work with Fitbit trackers. While specific device compatibility isn't detailed, it functions by syncing logged drives as activities to your Fitbit account.
