DriveEDR is a powerful, easy-to-use, smartphone/cloud-based system that scores your driving behaviour & provides objective feedback on potentially inefficient & unsafe driving events. By using the phones GPS functionality when you are driving, the driveEDR App works in combination with the Bluetooth Device in your vehicle to identify how and when you can improve your driving technique and enhance your safety when driving for work.
Trip and driving related data captured by driveEDR may be shared with your insurer in order to comply with the conditions of your driving insurance policy.
Always Using App Location Permission: driveEDR requires this Location permission so that it is able to automatically capture GPS related information concerning your vehicle journeys once it connects to the in-vehicle Bluetooth device even if the driveEDR is not open in the device screen.
Warning: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
