Complicated

Separate process for phone and Mac. The app does not intuitively grab much of anything.. When it works, it is awesome!

Bad UX

It kept getting disconnected and not explaining how to reconnect. Bad UX

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!

BEWARE: I have used 1Password for years and I know my password by heart. I got a new phone and no matter what I try I can’t login. My password works on my computer, but not on my phone. I’ve talked to Apple support- it’s not an issue with my phone. This is definitely a problem with 1Password. It’s incredibly frustrating!

I’ve contacted support multiple times, which is just an AI bot that gives me the same advice over and over. None of it works. Then it supposedly sends a ticket for an email response from a human. I’ve probably had 10+ tickets made, I even emailed 1password support personally. I’ve never heard back from anyone.

IF YOU NEED HELP, NO ONE WILL RESPOND! IS THIS A JOKE?! What kind of company is this?? I will not be continuing with 1Password, unless I hear from someone in a timely manner.

When you put all your passwords into one of these apps, you need good security and peace of mind. But you can’t have that without good/competent customer service when their product fails. What a headache.

Great app with one gripe

The app is great in almost every way, but I have one big gripe with the interface. The search button doesn’t let you enter a search. You have to hit the search button, then hit the search bar again for it to show you the keyboard. For something I use every single time I open the app, I cannot imagine why they’d make you jump through the extra hoop.
