Great to use this easy password manager
Secure, passwords are a must
Most password managers on phones are storing your passwords in clear text. Last past allows your passwords to follow you and keep secure. I’ve used it for years and have no complaints.
Works well and adding helpful new features
Having a password vault is a must. LastPass was one of the first and it’s still doing a great job for me after many years. I also appreciate that they are adding new features, like securely holding my credit card information and making it easy to use online.
Horrible Support
Run from this app. My old email tied to this app was canceled. I can’t get into my account to change from my old email, even though I have facial recognition set up, because it requires that they send a confirmation code to my now nonexistent email. I tried to find a contact number to see how to deal with changing my email since I can no longer access my old email. You can’t get to their support group without first getting into your account, which I can’t do without obtaining a verification code they are sending to my nonexistent email. I have tried sending an email to their sales department, which apparently is the only way to contact them. You can’t get a phone number to call. I have sent two separate emails to their sales group with no response. I have seen other comment on line trying to find how to deal with this name issue with no response from LastPass.
