Best APP ever!
This is by far the most useful app I have! It’s so hard these days to remember everything and I have found this app to be very safe and reliable for me. It’s also extremely user-friendly which was very important to me when I was looking for a password app a couple years ago! Of all my apps, this is at the top of my list!

I love how you can use it over different platforms. when you upgrade or change devices as long as you know the master password you can log in
They make it difficult for you to recover your password.
If you try to get help with resetting your password they won’t help you because you can’t login. There are better options. Don’t waste your time.

I have had my last pass what seems like forever at least 5 10 15 years
If I have a problem, logging in it’s a huge problem… getting back in is horrific and I’m sick and tired of trying to deal with it

Great App
This is a great app which is free. I can access from my iPad and iPhone. Never forget a password when you are on the move.
Life Saver
LastPass has helped so much!! I don’t have to remember my passwords!! Plus it has helped transfer all my apps to a new phone!! Totally a life saver!!

Best feature is locked to Premium, but worth it.
Overall the software is solid, very functional, and easy to use. The absolute best reason to use this is for device and software-independent secure password management. But if you want to sign up for online banking on your Windows laptop, AND have Lastpass auto-fill your password on their iOS mobile app, you’ll need the Premium plan. They give you the Premium features for free your first month, so think of that more like a trial period if you’re after cross-platform management.

LastPass is Essential
LastPass is secure and essential to keeping track of all my logins.
Can’t add password easily on iPad
I want to cancel free trial, to difficult on iPad, can’t get it to even allow to add passwords, I feel if it’s difficult now it always will be unreliable
Cannot add items
I don’t know what’s up with LastPass recently, but I have not been able to “Add Item”s through the app. Literally nothing happens. It makes the app unusable for storing new passwords. I’m fully updated and everything.
Terrible customer service
So far, I’m not able to recover my password. They do not have a 12 months backup of your data.

Family account owner
Perhaps you could call LastPass secure because the account owners can't even get in and can't even change their master password consistently, reliably. I have stuck with LastPass for many years, including through their breaches, but I am migrating away. There are too many hurdles to be a responsible user. I can't get it to work on my PC. It continues to tell me to check my email or review my login info. I never get an email from them and the login is correct. I shut off my VPN so what more would you like me to do LastPass?

Works well
Works well for me and other family members to secure lots of information and be able to retrieve it. I love that it will generate a long and complex password for me and I never need to worry about what that is as long as I never forget my master password.
Too restrictive. Slows you down.
I find it frustrating that LastPass will not let you login even with the correct master password. You have to reply to a “we’ve blocked a login attempt email” every time you use it.
An absolute pain in the bum to use
Struggles on with this for years and finally had enough. I’m sure it’s secure but it just doesn’t work!

All of my passwords are on LastPass. I reset my password due to a breach and now LastPass won't recognize the password and the reset hasn't worked for days and there's no way to even chat with anyone and I pay for the premium version. There should at least be a chat. I can't access any of my online accounts because I generate the passwords with LastPass. It's insane.
