Easy to use and secure
Tiresome
Gets tangled in loops of authentication where the main app wants Authenticator to give a code, but Authenticator wants a QR code from main app. SMS and verification via call don’t work, maybe because I’m a non USA user. Exasperating and ‘contact us’ just leads to forums and other delaying buffers. Go elsewhere

So useful, wish I’d had this for longer. Helps with secure password requirements with generative software. Keeps all my useless $&!+ in one place too

Forces rules for master PW
Service forces rules for a master password and then fails to require it except periodically. except by the time one needs if again it's forgotten. Major PITA to reset it and then it's forgotten again.

Unable to access my PAID account
Password issue
I just spent an hour trying to get an account open. Followed all the rules for Passwords, finally got one to be accepted then when I tried to login and use it, it wouldn’t work. I give up.
Poor Chinese support
Poor Chinese support when importing from 1pass. Poor customer service type, once you created a type you cannot modify the type. Web UI is poor in general. Should learn from 1pass

Pretty straight forward but it’s added ease of use paired with the overall convenience makes for a grad A app. Makes life a lot easier!

Very handy.
Running AWAY from LastPass!
Used it for only a couple years, about a year ago my husband stopped being able to login in and now I’m unable to either. Trying to find someone to talk to about my account is horrendous, absolutely terrible! They tried making me talk to the automated Chatbot but I can’t talk to actual humans unless I login- hello, that’s why I need to talk to a HUMAN! And after trying to reach someone through the media route that person was completely useless and not helpful in the slightest! Our email that the account is linked to is still active but for some reason the customer support person is saying there was never an account under that email?? I sure hope no one with those glowing reviews of this app ever deals with being locked out of their account because their customer support (good luck trying to find it in the first place) is awful.. one of the worst.

Full of Useless Settings Not What You need
You can find a host of settings you never will care about but try find the elusive Sharing Centre or anything you actually need and you will waste hours of your life. Horrid user experience. help is the cheap, ‘help your self’ kind of help. Not worth what I’m charged for this
