When using LPass on my iPhone I find that it will not always log me in using face recognition, so resort to using the password which is not always convenient.
Excellent productivity tool
I have been using LastPass for a number of years now and it has proven to be one of my go to apps for passwords, important secure notes and it works great across multiple platforms and devices.
If it worked consistently it’d be great
Randomly refuses my password. Then doesn’t recognize it. Recovery doesn’t work, support only works if you’re logged in but if you can’t log in? You’re screwed. When it worked it was good but now? Locked out for a week with no solution in sight. DO NOT BUY! I think google pw manager is better.
Good Program
Been using Last Pass for 5 years or so. Good interface and only have to remember 1 password (but should be a difficult one that only you’d remember).

I feel that I should be reimbursed for these charges! It’s not a good thing when you can’t even keep your subscriptions straight. I am very disappointed!

The iOS app option to add a new password using working now. This has continued to go downhill.
Latest version is braking things that used to work.

Customer service a bit lacking.
It is ok as a service. Doesn’t play well with Safari. Also, I am paying for a family account, but my kids can’t seem to set up accounts and there doesn’t seem to be a channel to fix this glitch.
Done with LastPass
They still have the same old clunky, archaic interface. On iPhone specifically if you are entering information like in the notes field, and then switched to another screen to get the info you need to put in, when you come back to LastPass, it has deleted everything you have put in so far. Since this is usually the critical information, I'm trying to record so that I never lose track of it again, it's extremely frustrating to have to remember remembering write it all back in again, and remember to hit, save if I have to flip over to another screen. The fact that it has never been fixed and works this way all the time and LastPass is never graduating means I'm over it. Moving on to Proton Pass, which looks and feels modern and is nice.

Love the app, have never had any problems with it and its serves its purpose perfectly! Would not use another tool.

Password export is awful
Completely impossible to use the exported csv to migrate. Thanks for making it as difficult as possible LastPass.
It does its job for basically free!

Last pass
Love this free app would highly recommend keeps password secure and is easy to navigate through I am 64 and find the new tech these days a bit confusing but Last Pass was so easy to understand. Thank you Last Pass for keeping thing real for the baby boomers as well.
Worthless now that “Add Item” no longer works
The iOS app will not allow me to add a new item to my list of passwords. This renders the service worthless. I’ve reported this and updated the app several times to no avail. I guess it’s time to move onto a better password manager app.

Forcing one account…
Not allowing someone to switch between computer and mobile devices as they wish without a subscription is pretty stupid. Switched to bit warden and then payed for their subscription because they didn’t strong arm me into it.
