Great idea for the Car Wash App

I noticed that a second car wash added to my account and I’ve been paying for it. Double check your account and careful of these known issues.
Application stoped working
Something happened with the application, and the not the tag nor the app lets you, causing extra delays. This has been going on more than a month now….
Just trying to cancel my membership
Entered my car information and it came up with an error message. Sent email to tech support. In the email they said to expedite the volume of calls they receive, they suggest I input my RIFD and other information. The app won’t let me, due to the error message. Not only are the vacuums horrible, now I’m experiencing problems with the app they suggested I download to cancel my membership. Can’t get a call through..smh

Spin wheel never pays
Been using app and washing my car here since this place opened and not once did the spin wheel pay off, spin it everyday!! App good to sell you car washes but wheel is a scam. Going somewhere else to wash my car!!!
Great wash
Great wash good vacuums, and air to clean your car..... only downside with a buffalo Grove facility is if they are busy, they try to sign up new accounts in both lanes which bogs the time down terribly
Horrible customer service
It’s obvious they cheaped out and made a ai assistant themselves and they number they use for customer service doesn’t even get back to you
Frustrating and Clunky App
This is the worst app I have ever used to try to manage an account! Apps should be simple to navigate and provide an easy way find your way around to access info and update account details. This one is awful!
I have a membership and needed remove a vehicle that I sold and add a new one. Couldn’t be done on the app. Had to go into office and have manager do it on his end. App still shows old vehicle and new one does not appear. Wanted to upgrade wash subscription and also could not be done on app. Again had to go into manager’s office for him to do that.
Now I need to update info for the card used for the monthly payment. Impossible to do on the app as far as I can tell. There is no point of having it when it is totally worthless to manage your account.

Beware!! They won’t let you cancel membership! SCAM
Beware! I have tried many times through all their portals to cancel my membership. Membership will not cancel. They keep billing and do not refund money. You cannot cancel through the app. You cannot remove cars through the app. You cannot remove your credit card through the app. If you call customer service, you’ll get an AI which will claim they’re going to do these things and they do not beware this is a trap a scam and you should avoid 100%. It’s a shame as the car wash isn’t too bad, but they don’t seem to ever want to let you out of your membership. Shame on their management and shame on Apple for not banning this app.

Can’t even cancel your membership from the app but they want all your info including your DOB, and more. Shady!

I tried setting it up, but you must input your telephone number. Why?

Try cancel your subscription
Extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. No one to take your call, Call even gets hang up by answering machine. No response from text message. No response from online chat. Even going to the store ends up being told the manager is not in store. Nothing can be done except she/he “will tell” the manager. They will trick you into this subscription and continue to charge you.

Good app to get points and track my membership. Seems like a lot of old bugs got it bad reviews. So far so good for me (just go it)

It is a great way to keep up with your account, but they need to be able to link it to one of the window stickers so you don’t have to keep sticking your arm out the window to scan your phone

I had a free wash offer of choice for downloading the app and I planned to redeem it but when I finally decided to use it- the offer was gone? I reached out to support and they literally said they can’t do anything for me. What a major let down
