Will not connect to GA700, HV600 or HV 600 with bypass

I set up an account, I have the app and made sure it was the latest version. I tried to connect via Bluetooth to six drives and only thing that happens is a page that reads “Bluetooth ID (A1-12) is required for” and a circle of death. I connected my phone to customers WiFi and still nothing happens.

Very cumbersome. Does not work after phone is updated, etc..

Install the update for the latest DriveWizard Mobile version 4.0.0 to fix this reported issue. Drive Wizard Mobile now supports iOS 18 as of May 23, 2025. The cause of the issue was the device OS not being compatible with the App version. Version 4.0.0 is now compatible with the latest iOS.
