Poor
App is fine but the cars are always late and take ridiculous routes to get to you or to where you are going. Often you cannot cancel (gives an error) and you get a call from the driver who wonders where you are. They then cannot figure out what to do to fix it on their end. It’s cheaper than a regular cab but it’s not worth the aggravation.

I never get the SMS code when you try to set up the app and there’s no other way to sign up.

TLDR: booked cars don’t show up, unreliable service, wouldn’t recommend.
Using in CPH where there’s no Uber. I’ve used this app 3 times now, and received 1 ride. First, app stuff: you actually can’t pay in the app, you have to pay in car. Why did I add my credit card info then? There’s no way to contact support when waiting for a ride (like when your ride never shows up). There’s no way to text driver when on route (if you need to update address or something). Other than that, it’s a low-rent version of Uber without the bells and whistles.
1st ride was taking in-labor wife to hospital. Fine ride, but guy hassled me for a good review and wanted me to show him the 5 stars before we left the car. Come on, my wife is in labor.
Tried to get a ride back from hospital and no cars were available. Fair enough. It happens.
Needed to go to airport so booked a day in advance. Logged in to app at time car was supposed to show, and it says “looking for drivers”. What good is pre-booking if you are just going to try to find me a ride at the time I requested? Ultimately, 20 minutes after pre-booked time, I get a “no cars available” message. So don’t count on a ride that you book showing up.
I won’t be using this app again.

Love it!
What a great service! Never really heard of them before but got recommended to me by a friend so I thought I would try it. I can definitely say now I would recommend had no issues and I love that they are environmentally friendly.

Horrible service & unprofessional customer service
Very poor service. Used the app to book a taxi and was confirmed that the transaction went through and the taxi was on its way. but it didn't turned up. I called them where they said they no longer take bookings on the app and will send another taxi. That taxi went to the wrong address. They sent another taxi that finally came but I was 30 minutes late for my doctors appointment to which they could no longer see me. I requested some kind of compensation, to which they refused. Horrible.

Worst Experience Ever
Booked a cab to collect myself & 3 friends after a night out. Confirmed with the company not once but twice had conformation email & text, when the time came to be picked up we were left stranded at 02:00. Phoned many times for the phone to just ring & ring. Called to complain the next day was told it would be looked into and someone would get back to me. Never heard from them again. Worst company ever. DON'T use if you actually want to be picked up.

Total failure
Have tried to use it twice, first time got a message that taxi not available and a 1 pound voucher and had to take the car instead. Second attempt booked in the morning for taxi in evening, no show at time booked, 10 mins later it had a taxi drivers name but after 15 mins after booked time I had to hit cancel and again had to take the car. Will be going back to just ringing a taxi and deleting the app.

Spectacular service
Just used drivr at the airport and jumped the taxi queue by booking a drivr taxi while waiting for my luggage. Great, easy and reliable company.
Taxi never turned up.
Pre-booked a taxi tonight for 6:30 waited until 6:40 and received a message through drivr app. "No taxi was unavailable" not even a text to say they couldn't make it. Is it because I was using a voucher on the new system they are using I don't know....Either way a very unprofessional service.
Had to walk an hour to get to my destination as my phones battery died. Not happy !!
