Gets my attention
The apps works great. It’s easy to install and opt in for alerts. The alerts get my attention better than text or phone call. I like that I don’t have to provide my phone number to get the alerts.

Works with issues
My county uses this for EMA, Fire, EMS, and law enforcement CAD notifications as well as alerting the public of imminent danger (weather, man made disasters, etc). Only issue is sometimes the app will crash on its own.
Constantly forgets my user codes and username
This app is essentially useless because I constantly have to re-enter my user codes as the app forgets everything. The app is completely unreliable. No one should consider this for getting out important information. The developers are non-responsive, basically just like the app. This is the worst app of all apps. CRASH.FORGET.REPEAT

Our county has this and it works great. Company has been helpful to keep it working properly.
Great function and easy integration
We were able to integrate this app easily into our current e911 system. The setup took no time at all and we can now better communicate with who we need to. This has really increased our efficiency across the board
App will not store user code, keeps losing code, useless
This app is an absolute failure. I use it for emergency notifications, and every time we have an emergency, which is frequently, I have to re-enter my user codes. The app forgets them. This is completely defeating the emergency notification. Do not use this app. The developers are asleep.

Slow to open app. Randomly crashes. Sometimes it goes off and other times it doesn't.
Doesn’t work
App is a joke, auto closes when opened often and will randomly set the notification tone off when there is no notifications. Very slow to push notifications through. Try to delete pass notifications and sometimes they delete and sometimes they don’t. Again it auto closes almost every time when opened. Everyone in our agency has the same problems and it’s a shame money was spent on this dumb app that only works half the time like the new radio system. Waste of money
