Can’t Use?

What you are referring to is the verification email that is sent to your email address when you create a new account. This email is sent immediately. If you did not receive the email it is because you entered an incorrect email address or because it ended up in your junk/spam filter. This is not the fault of the app. In the future, if you experience issues using the app (or any app) you will find that the issue will be resolved much faster than leaving a negative review.
Solid foundation but you might need more.
Very good program

Happy to hear you enjopyed the course! After you take the exam, please fill out the survey and let us know of any suggestions for improving the course.
Detailed Enjoyable Learning
Updates not transparent
The course format is very well done.
However, I am puzzled about the occasional updates that are being downloaded when I get a pop up message regarding course content and questions updates: how do I know which has been changed? I can’t find anything in the menu that would direct me to information about uploaded amendments. I can’t believe I would have to go through each module again to try to find what has changed!

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback. If I understand correctly, your concern is that not knowing what has changed in a course update may affect your exam preparation. There are two kinds of changes we make (1) substantive course changes that do affect student preparation (adding brand new content or replacing incorrect content), (2) what I could best describe as "clerical/maintenance" changes to correct clerical errors, improve readability, and optimize images to reduce the course bundle side. We sometimes reorder activities within a lesson and lessons within the course, and add new questions based on feedback from test takers. We do communicate substantive changes to all of our users via e-mail. Fortunately, those changes are infrequent, in the order of 3-4 times per year (none since early June). Most updates are limited to clerical/maintenance changes that improve the course, but do not render the previous content incorrect. That said, your suggestion about including a list of changes with each update is a good one, and something that has been on our radar for future development. Based on the above, you may be wondering why the updates take so long to download given that they include only minor changes. When a course update is published, the downloaded bundle consists of the entire course, not just the changes. Incremental updates are something we have considered and likely will implement at some point. Again, thank you for your feedback. After you take the exam, we would appreciate feedback on any questions you come across that we should add to our app.
