Will there be a new update where the app will be compatible with the Insta X4 air?

We do not currently have plans to support the Insta X4 Air because it does not meet the hardware requirements necessary to support our Walk capture mode effectively. For the best experience and highest quality captures, we strongly recommend using the Insta X5 or the standard Insta X4. We want to ensure you have the most reliable tools for your site documentation. Smooth capture process
I have an older Insta X2 camera, but connection to camera is very smooth and I’m able to get to capturing panos quickly. I went out and did about 70 panos within a few minutes on a few levels and the upload worked without issues. Overall the app is responsive and snappy.

Overall I like this app for capturing pictures and documenting my project. Easy to use and works how it should. I would recommend this tool to other project teams.

This is a great product and have used it for many years. The features are great and easy to use!
Buggy
I constantly have to fight it to let me log in. Processing walks takes forever and is unreliable. If it fails to process a walk then you’re basically out of luck.
Stand Out Performance
This app is great for reality capture. Functional, easy to use and quick uploads and processing.

Choose a different app. Very buggy and not reliable.
Extremely hard to login into
Hardnesses thing I have ever had to login into. Lots of errors. Will reset my password and even then it is a 50/50 shot. Always a massive pain to get back into the app to use the program. I use this for work and hate using it. Can’t recommend. I have to redownload the app as well to get it work. Glichy.

App Doesn’t Work
This app doesn’t work on the new iPhone. It won’t even open.
Buggy and Poor Photo Selection Availability
Very difficult if not impossible to use at times. Trying to pull in wall photos and I’ve tried to click the icon in the room 63 times. It won’t select the correct icon and I can zoom in anymore. The icons aren’t too close together, it’s selection something approx an inch up and left from where I’m actually clicking. This has been a functionality issue for at least six months. Website works perfectly fine. Don’t count on being able to do anything quickly on the app.

I’m hoping this app gets better over time. Right now it still feels like a beta version with the amount of issues and bugs.
Great for 360 Photos
Just used it to capture exiting conditions of a site we’re getting ready to build out. The mobile 3D scan feature is so easy and the data it produces is surprisingly high quality!
Failure to operate
The app often crashes and becomes unusable.
